I've Got legs!!!

Today K went to Shriner's and is now allowed to be out of her brace when she is not sleeping. Praise God! She has worn some sort of harness or brace for around 12 weeks now. She could not be more excited to be out of it. She is so happy. She is playing on her side for the first time ever as I sit here typing this post. Did I say that she is very happy? She is! So are we! You have I am sure noticed her new shades. Daddy had to celebrate and since I am sure mommy is going to be taking her swimming more often now I got her some baby sun glasses. Now K has almost completed her first roll! So cool!!! The things that happen when you are not trapped in a brace which keeps you from doing much. She enjoyed her dinner a great bit as well. She sat in her high chair and kicked her legs the whole time.

We don't have to go back to the hospital for another appointment until October 2 when we go to meet with the doctor who will be doing her operations. We hope at that time we will know more about when her first surgery will be.

And another note about K's progress. She has now rolled over twice but cannot figure out how to get her right arm out from under her. She gets mad at first but then realizes she is not stuck so then starts exploring.
